Our websites include Holy Trinity Foundation.com, Belleangelgowns.com, CyberTaskers.com.au as well as other websites owned and operated by us (collectively, the “Websites”), along with various applications and tools that we operate on third-party websites and devices, such as, smartphones or tablets (such services offered through the Websites, applications or tools collectively, the “Services”).

Lyndaz has been created with a core mission to worldwide networking with an idea of building relationships / friendships in a unique way. We intend to police the platform in accordance with the Australian law and respect privacy and confidentially. What you post and how you use Lyndaz in entirely your responsibility and you agree to face any breaches and law infringements.

1. Acceptance of Terms of service

1.1 By accessing and using the Lyndaz website and services you agree to the following Terms of Service. We highly recommend you review these Terms of Service, along with the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference, as they form a binding agreement between us and you. If you object to anything in the Terms of Service or the Privacy Policy, please do not use the website and its services.

1.2 Use of our website and / or service require you to arbitrate all disputes on an individual basis, rather than jury trials or class actions, and limits the remedies / solutions available to you in the event of a dispute.

Posting of the updated Terms of Service on Lyndaz website will constitute notice to you of any such changes, although we may choose other types of notice for certain changes. Changes will become effective upon notice. Your continued use of our website or services following notice shall constitute your acceptance of all changes, and each use of our website or services constitutes your reaffirmation of your acceptance of these Terms of Service. Hence, once again, If you do not agree to the changes to these Terms of Service, your sole and exclusive solution will be to terminate your account and cease use of the Website or Service.

2. Using Lyndaz Community

2.1 You may use our platform only if you can form a binding contract with Lyndaz and only in compliance with our Terms of services and applicable laws. When you create a Lyndaz account you automatically enter this contract and agree to our terms.

If you are under the age of 16 then unfortunately you cannot use Lyndaz yet because it is a place for 16s and above only. By creating your account, you automatically agree that you are 16 years and above.
We are not responsible for anything that you post or say while you are on Lyndaz and we do not monitor the content of the website, but if we do see or someone alerts us that you have posted something that we think is inappropriate then we are allowed at our discretion to remove it. In worse cases there will be termination of the account as well.
If you post any content that belongs to someone else and they get annoyed or even call in their lawyers taking legal procedures, we are not in the firing line. You must take responsibility for what you post.
If you are concerned about how your data is being used by Lyndaz then please refer to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we treat your personal data and protect your privacy when you use Lyndaz. By using Lyndaz, you agree that we can use such data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Our website and apps also use cookies or similar technologies which we tell you more about in our Cookies Policy. You may set your browser and your mobile settings to block cookies and local storage devices, but if you do so, you may not be able to access the features that Lyndaz offers.

3. Registering at the Lyndaz website and the User’s Status

3.1. Registration at Lyndaz is free to register with paid packages in the website. Registration and / or authorization on the Website using Lyndaz means you automatically accept our Terms of service and all its Policies, which are publicly available.

3.2. Lyndaz User is the individual who is registered at the website according to the procedure set by these Terms, reached the sufficient age for such registration under the applicable laws and / or has all necessary consents (e.g. parental / guardians’ consents) in full compliance with the applicable laws, including for purposes of data protection laws and has the relevant powers (hereinbefore and hereinafter the User).

3.3. When registering at the Site the User must provide the Site Administration with the necessary true and updated information to form the User’s personal page, including the User’s unique login and the password for access to the Site as well as the User’s first and last names. The User may be requested to provide additional information in the Site registration form if required.

3.4. The User bears liability for ensuring that the information provided at the time of registration is true, up to date, complete, consistent with the Australian legislation, other applicable / relevant legislation and free from third parties’ claims.

3.5. After submitting the information specified above, the User must complete several authentication procedures, such as confirming the registration by confirming the email link sent to your inbox.

Once the whole process of the registration is completed successfully, the User’s personal page with the network address and your usernames at the end, is created at Lyndaz website.

3.6. By registering at Lyndaz website, the User confirms that his / her age is sufficient for such registration under the applicable laws and / or has all necessary consents (e.g. parental consents) in full compliance with the applicable laws, including for purposes of data protection laws, otherwise the registration at the Site and its usage is prohibited. By registering the User accepts these Terms and assumes the rights and obligations thereunder regarding the use and operation of the Site. The User understands the necessity of receiving from the Site Administration some technical information in connection with the use of the Site by means of services of the Lyndaz, electronic mails, SMS and confirms his / her approval for such possible technical notifications. The User also approves to receive different types of informational mailings, including advertising and informational content, including from the Site Administration and third parties by means of the internal Site’s functionality.

3.7. After the successful registration of the User at Lyndaz, the Site Administration assumes the rights and obligations to the User as provided in these Terms.

3.8. The User’s personal data are processed according to the applicable / relevant legislation. The Administration of the Site processes the User’s personal data in order to provide to the latter access to the services of the Site, including targeted advertisements to the User; checking, examining and analyzing such data in order to maintain and improve the website services and sections as well as to develop new services and sections. The Site Administration takes all necessary measures to protect the User’s personal data from unauthorized access, modification, disclosure, or destruction. The Site Administration makes the User’s personal data available only to those employees, contractors and agents of the Site Administration which need this information to ensure the Site operation and provision of Services to the User. The information provided by the User, including personal data, may be used by the Site Administration to ensure compliance with the requirements of effective Australian legislation, other applicable / relevant legislation, as well as to transfer it to the third-parties in order to protect right and interests of the Users, the Site Administration and third-parties (including in order to prevent, control / investigate and / or suppress illegal actions). The information provided by the User may be disclosed only in accordance with effective the Australian legislation on the demand of the court, law-enforcement bodies as well as in other cases as provided by the Australian legislation. As the Administration of the Site processes the User’s personal data for the performance of these Terms, no User’s consent to the processing of his / her personal data is required according to the legislative provisions on personal data.

3.9. The login and password chosen by the User are the necessary and sufficient information for the User’s access to the Site. The User does not have the right to transfer his / her login and password to third parties and bears full responsibility for their confidentiality, choosing himself / herself the method of their storage. Using his / her hardware and software the User may permit storage of the login and password (through cookies) for subsequent automatic authorization on the Site.

3.10. Unless the User proves otherwise, any actions taken with the use of his / her login and password are deemed to have been taken by the User. In case of unauthorized access to the User’s login and password and / or personal page or dissemination of the User’s login and password, the User is obliged to notify the Site Administration immediately according to the established procedure.

After registration the User obtains the right to create, use and determine independently for personal purposes the content of his / her own personal page and conditions for other Users’ access to its content as well as the ability to access and post information on the personal pages of other Users which are subject to obtaining relevant access rights from their owners.

3.12. As the owner of the information posted on his / her own personal page, the User understands that, except as provided by these Terms and effective Australian legislation, the Site Administration does not participate in forming and using the content and controlling other users’ access to the User’s personal page. Publishing any content on his / her own personal page including personal information the User understands and accepts that this information may be available to other Internet users.

4. Becoming a member

4.1 Accessing the Services and Becoming a Member – THE SERVICES ARE INTENDED SOLELY FOR ACCESS AND USE BY INDIVIDUALS 16 YEARS OF AGE AND OLDER. BY ACCESSING AND USING THE SERVICES, YOU ARE CERTIFYING THAT YOU ARE AT LEAST 16 YEARS OLD. Our Services are open to all residents globally with the age criteria. While there are parts of the Services where access requires the payment of a fee as in” Paid Services”, there is no cost to register to become a member of Lyndaz. the community affiliation(s) to which you have self-identified if you are a Lyndaz member
whether you choose to purchase paid services.

4.2 Your Information – We will collect, store, compile and utilize information about you, your computer, smartphone or other device, and your use of the Services, including information that you provide in response to questionnaires, surveys and registration forms. Please review our Privacy Policy for more information about our privacy policies and practices. For your part, you agree that all information that you provide to us or post on Lyndaz is complete, accurate and up to date. If any of your information changes, you agree to immediately update it. If you fail to update your information or if all or part of your information is or appears to be untrue, inaccurate, or incomplete, we may suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Services, without refund any fees paid.

Without limiting any of the foregoing, you are responsible for ensuring that the email address you provide to us is valid and that the services, software or systems you use to access your email do not block or filter communications as described below. We ask that you use your personal email address when registering. If you provide us with a non-personal email address or use an Email System that interferes with the delivery of communications, we may not be able to provide you with certain services. Your failure to provide us with an email address to which we can consistently deliver email may result in the termination of your account.

4.3. Your Password – During the registration process we may provide you with a unique registration number. We will also either ask you to create a password or assign you a random password, which you can change at any time by logging onto the “Account” portion of the services. Alternatively, you may have the option of using your Facebook login credentials or similar login processes or co-registration forms from or on other third-party websites to create an account and authenticate your access to the website. As you take complete responsibility with any activities that occur under your account, it is important for you to keep your password secure.
